39th LD Democrats Executive Board

Formulates and recommends policies and activities to 39th membership, approves payment of debts prior to disbursement, and conducts the general management of the 39th between meetings.

Standing Committees
 

Budget and Finance Committee

In charge of raising funds for the 39th, and shall draw up an annual budget.

Bylaws and Rules Committee

Conduct ongoing reviews of the bylaws and standing rules to ensure conformation with state law and the charter and bylaws of the Washington State Democratic Central Committee.

Communications and Technology Committee

Conduct public relations activities.

Community Outreach Committee

Serve as a conduit of information between the 39th LDDO and schools, community organizations, youth and senior groups

Credentials Committee

Verifies the eligibility of any contested seating or voting at any meeting or caucus of the 39th, and supervise registration at the 39th caucus for election of delegates to Congressional District and County Democratic Conventions.

Membership Committee

Coordinates all volunteer activities. Develops and recruits new and continuing members, recommends to the 39th Chair the names of candidates for appointment to vacant Precinct Officer positions.

• Chair - Donna Davidson

PCO Development Committee

Develops, trains, and supports PCO activities, recommends to the 39th Chair the names of candidates for appointment to vacant Precinct Officer positions.

Political Affairs Committee

Implement procedures and strategies to elect Democrats and recommend candidate endorsements. Responsible for monitoring legislation and legislators from all levels of government.
